Candidates eligible for the internship must be 18 years or older, possess basic skills in the technology relevant to the chosen internship track, and have foundational knowledge in computer science, algorithms, and logic.
Preference will be given to third- and fourth-year university students from technical faculties. Additionally, a key criterion for internship eligibility is an English proficiency level of at least B1.
To help you prepare for the internship selection process, we have compiled a list of various materials that will significantly increase your chances of successfully completing the entrance activities.
Internship rules
The duration of the internship is 4 months. The internship is unpaid. In case of successful completion of the internship, the candidate is invited to the laboratory with a contract signing and salary assignment.
To prepare the interns, the company provides an office at the following address: 104A Dziarzhinskaha Avenue, Minsk, office 1605. Periodic visits to the office for self-study are mandatory. Additionally, visiting the office upon the mentor's request is also required.
Interns are required to dedicate a total of at least 20-40 hours per week to the internship, following a flexible schedule.
During the internship, the company does not provide equipment. Interns are required to have their own laptop for the training.

Submitting the application and completing the test task
After submitting the application, our HR specialist will contact you within 14 days to clarify information and provide you with a link to the test task. The test task can be completed at your convenience. There are no time restrictions for completing the test task, but it is recommended to submit it for review no later than 7 days after receiving it

Passing the entrance interview
In case of successful completion of the test task, you will be invited to an entrance interview, which consists of two stages. In the first stage, our HR specialist will assess your English proficiency (which, according to the requirements, must be at least B1) and check for basic technical skills. In the second stage, engineers from Ifortex will evaluate your technical skills in the chosen field. An important note: only candidates who perform best in the first stage will be invited to the second stage. Candidates who perform best in the second stage will be invited to the internship

Internship
Over the course of four months, the company's leading engineers will teach you all the necessary skills required to begin full-scale work on Ifortex projects. The internship format is closely aligned with a commercial project, meaning you will be involved in meetings, work planning in Jira, task deadlines, and more. The internship program is highly intensive and requires full immersion in tasks. However, it is possible to combine the internship with university studies

Final interview and offer, invitation to the laboratory
After completing the internship, candidates will have a final interview with the company's developers to review their progress. Time is given to address any shortcomings and receive guidance on further professional growth. The best interns will be offered a job and the opportunity to continue their training in a paid laboratory.
